We were on our way to vacation when my husband, about 130km from home, realized his e-bike computer was still there. We received such great advice and were able to take a bike computer with us right away. Fantastic service! If the shop weren't so far away, I would definitely buy my next e-bike there. I bought my e-bike from this store and received excellent advice from Mr. Mayer Junior and Senior during the sales meeting – I highly commend them for that. Unfortunately, the service after the purchase was disappointing. The receptionist seemed very unenthusiastic and unengaged on several occasions, both on the phone and in person. When I picked up the bike, I didn't receive any detailed instructions or explanations on how to use it. On the way home, I started hearing strange noises, and when I got home, I discovered that several parts weren't properly installed – I had to tighten and secure many things myself, and even the handlebars were loose. That could have been dangerous. It's a shame, because the first impression from the consultation was really positive. There's definitely room for improvement in customer service and the final inspection before handover.

The repair will be really expensive. It's only advisable to have insurance that covers it. The cost is clearly stated beforehand. However, the labor costs are truly exorbitant (e.g., removing/installing the rear brake disc with the wheel off (excluding parts) costs €40, even though it essentially only involves loosening/tightening six screws). This can easily add up to €200-300, even for minor repairs. The technical result was acceptable.

I made an online consultation appointment without any problems, and the appointment was kept. I wasn't sure what the right fit was, but I received excellent advice. In the end, I found something unique that completely met all my needs and was really stylish, and my girlfriend spontaneously fell in love with a bike too. We went the next day without an appointment and were able to clarify our final questions. We are very happy with our cruiser bikes. When we picked them up, the bikes were ready for pickup, and everything was explained to us in detail. We also found matching helmets and sunglasses. A great team, very relaxed, friendly, fun, but also very professional. Thank you very much, we are happy, and the first ride was amazing. 6 stars from us.

I received very friendly and detailed advice on a new mountain bike (without a motor). I was able to test ride several models until I found one that felt right for me. They also took a lot of time with me when it came to accessories, and the consultants there were also polite and generally pleasant people.
