I bought expensive Meindl winter boots online. The laces were too short, so I couldn't tighten them using the highest buckle. I sent an email to Leosport. Their curt reply was that I should buy new laces. Terrible service, that store is dead to me!

Hello Mr. Loewenfeld, You may have forgotten to mention that we replied to both emails within about 15 minutes and immediately sent you a free return shipping label – what a shame! And yes, we also suggested that you could purchase some longer shoelaces separately. They cost about €2. We don't understand why you're being so rude.

Top online retailer! I was initially skeptical about the very good price for my new "Fjällräven Skogsö Padded Jacket M," but not only is the jacket fantastic (I'm absolutely in love with it ;-), but the email communication was also quick (order confirmation, invoice, return label, shipping confirmation). My order was processed on a Sunday, and I already had my original item from the current collection on Tuesday. Thank you, Leosport, I'll definitely order again!

I had a problem with a pair of running shoes I bought online from Leosport. Even though my return period had expired, Leosport found a very customer-oriented solution. Contact via email was always friendly and customer-focused. Plus, they always responded quite quickly. I'm more than satisfied with the solution. I can definitely recommend the shop and would shop there again. Keep up the good work! Oli M

I've been buying jogging shoes from them for a while and have always come out happy. I could of course order them online cheaper but the expertise you get from the employees is irreplaceable. I've never gotten a bad shoe there despite having sensitive feet. Highly recommended if you need just the right shoe.
