Cannot recommend the service centre/repair shop highly enough. The guys are great. We had an issue with a small bike (not from there) that the guys were more than happy to look at and help with.

I went there to lease a new e-bike. I had originally envisioned a mountain bike. After a very thorough conversation with the employee, during which my specific requirements and needs were clearly defined, I was able to take a test ride right there. In the end, I actually got an e-gravel bike. A big thank you and much praise to the team for their consistently friendly, competent, and patient advice. I also received some valuable practical tips when I picked it up. I can definitely highly recommend b.o.c.

Fast and competent workshop. Even when it is crowded you get fast and friendly advice on products and for your Bike. Even the sellers know a lot about repair and can fix smaller problems or ad accessoires on they own so you don't need to wait for a free workshop timeslot.

I bought my bike 4 years ago from them. I have used it quite often and a lot. Whenever I need a repair or wheel changes or anything they help immediately and professionally. I have insured my bike. Since then I don't think about anything. Just bring my bike to them. I suggest it to everyone.

They have a good collection. What I liked the most about this place is the customer interaction. That person spent a good amount of time with us in selecting the bike for kid and wife. There is a small track where kids(and adults may be) can ride. The customer executive was very friendly and answered all our questions. He did not force us to buy something expensive(whicb happens at some places) but showed the bike best fitted to our needs. I would recommend this place.
