For anyone looking for a new bike, Oliver from B&B should be their first port of call. His advice, empathy, understanding, and above all, his own experience with road bikes are outstanding. He always took a tremendous amount of time for me during every visit. Furthermore, I would like to extend a huge thank you to the entire team for their customer service. I initially had some issues with my company bike application, and the whole team was incredibly understanding and helpful.

Excellent bike shop with extremely professional and friendly staff. I recently worked with Oliver on getting a new road bike for the 2026 season. He was able to answer all of my questions and help me find a bike that perfectly fit my needs. Thank you to the whole team in BnB Ludwigsburg and Boeblingen.

Waited 3 Weeks for Appoitment ,showed up and it was not in in their system. Adjustment of Gearshifter was suposed to be 15-20 € well actual Bill was 82.00€. When asked why, here is breakdown: Annahme 10.00€ Schmier und Reinigungs mittel 2.00€ Umwerfer einstellen 15.00€ Antrieb reinigen und schmieren 20.00€ Schaltwerk/Nabensch 10.00€ Schaltauge prüfen/ausrichten 20.00€ and the Best Part is PROBEFAHRT 5.00€. For 10 days nobody called for Bike to be picked up. Nobody called to authorize these additional repairs. Picked up my Bike and in a Parking lot Shifter did not work.Took it back argued for over 30 min, recieved call back later if i pay only 33.95 more they can replace some more parts and it's going to be like BRAND NEW .Did that and the same thing .Bike still skips Gears as on first day when I brought it in.Over 100.00€ for an Old Bike that was brand new 450.00€ .The story goes on even with my Cube E-Bike pretty similar to this one except bill was way higher than this one. When talked to Fililalenleiter he tried to convince me of whole bunch of NONSENSE .Rating would be MINUS Stars.

Amazing! Had an appointment today to check my bike. Everything was done as expected. Five stars for incredible services and helpfulness. The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming.....highly recommend!!!
