We visited CUBE to look for a new bike. Fido was very helpful and polite, and he really knows a lot about bikes. He took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel comfortable during the whole process. We truly appreciate his help and would happily recommend this shop to others. Thank you, Fido!

You don't need a reservation to talk to the responsible persons. However, it seems that you have to wait an hour or so to talk to them. When I asked to the bearded responsible about how I can get service (as I did not know the system), he told me passive-aggressively "you have to wait!", and he seemed angry. That is why I decreased 2 stars. On the good side, when I got service from other responsibles, the service was quite good and they spent an hour with me to pick the correct bike. If it wasn't for the first angry responsible, I would give 5 stars.

Great store with large selection of bikes that you can try there on site. We got there 2 emtb, super happy with the service and help from employees. If you need assistance in English, ask for Hien; she was super helpful and could help us a lot with choosing the bike.

Totally recommend this store if you want to buy cube bikes. We are planning to buy E-bike and the guy, Thorsten was accompanying us, letting us try the bike and explaining different kind of e-bikes to us, not only he is friendly toward customer but also very patient..a super service :) would definitely come back to make purchase.

Super place, great staff, especially for someone like me and my husband that don’t speak yet so good german the staff was super attentive and helped us to choose the best option for us, explained the process with lots of patience. It has already been 2.5 weeks(12 working days if you consider) and still no response from the store about a fully paid purchased trekking bike. I understand that there is a high demand and you guys are working more time to serve the customer. But this is completely unacceptable when you can’t withstand your commitment. At least respond to the e-mail or call to acknowledge the customer that it can be further delayed or an exact date of receiving hike. 29.05 : Thank you for the quick response and your call regarding readiness of the bike.
