I went to the e-bike center in Ludwigsburg with absolutely no prior knowledge – it was completely new territory for me. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and asked if I needed any help. I explained that I was looking for a new e-bike but really had no idea what to look for or which bike would be right for me. One of the staff members then took a lot of time for me, patiently explaining the different motors, batteries, and systems, and guiding me step by step. I was particularly impressed that he asked exactly what I intended to use the bike for and tailored his recommendations accordingly. I was allowed to test ride every bike, and everything was explained in a way that even a complete beginner could easily understand. Even when the store got busier and other customers were waiting, the service remained relaxed and focused – without any rush or pressure. That's really not something you can take for granted these days, especially considering that a good e-bike can easily cost several thousand euros. It's all the more wonderful when you feel completely well taken care of. I've been to other bike shops where they quickly put two or three bikes in front of you, making you feel pressured to make a decision right away. It was completely different here: I could really take the time I needed to make an informed decision – without any pressure at all. The team is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and you can tell that customer service is truly a priority here. I'm so glad I bought my e-bike there, and I highly recommend the E-Bike Center in Ludwigsburg!

Super competent and friendly service, from the initial phone consultation to the conversion and even the installation of the bike rack on my car. I traveled from Augsburg, and as discussed over the phone, two bikes (Stevens E Strada 8.3.4) were ready for me to test ride. After I made my decision, my bike was quickly modified to my specifications, and additional accessories were installed. The three guys are simply fantastic. Thanks again. Keep up the great work! I'll definitely be back.

After consulting with several other bike shops, we went to the Ludwigsburg E-Bike Center (Winter Bike Shop) and received excellent advice. Flávio Gomes gave us superb advice, and his expertise is outstanding. The other employees are also extremely friendly and take plenty of time for each customer. I would definitely buy my bike there again. Thank you for the advice and service.

Top-notch bike dealer; you feel at home the moment you enter the shop. From purchase to inspection, great and competent advice. The owner takes his time, which I personally really liked. He caters to the customer's wishes. He wants the customer to go home satisfied, rather than making them feel like they're just trying to sell. Fahrradhaus Winter is highly recommended. And not to forget the team, they're incredibly friendly, keep it up 👍🏼

Excellent service! They took plenty of time for a consultation. Everything was discussed. Then they called the regional representative to check if my desired bike could be delivered with my preferred specifications. I hadn't expected that. The answer was positive, and I've now placed my order. Highly recommended!

A very large selection, very friendly, honest, and competent staff, test rides possible even without an appointment, and even an unassembled bike would be assembled upon request for immediate testing. That's what good service looks like. The range also includes unusual brand manufacturers.

I was pleasantly surprised right from the purchase; the advice was excellent, and they took their time for the customers. The inspection also went perfectly. You need to book the appointment in advance, but it's very easy to do via the website. I'm very satisfied with the service and am enjoying my bike. Thank you!

I received excellent advice here. The salesperson took plenty of time for me and patiently presented several e-bikes that seemed to suit my needs and preferences. I was able to test ride them all at my leisure in a side street, and while the shop was actually closing time, I didn't even notice because the salesperson patiently continued advising me until we found the perfect bike. I'll be visiting again to make my final purchase decision, but with such competent and friendly service, I certainly don't want to look at any other shop. I felt very well taken care of! Highly recommended!
