This is the best bike shop! 🥰 I got my first company bike there three years ago. From the initial consultation to returning it after three years, everything was perfect. 👍 Now I've signed up for my second lease, and I'm just as happy and satisfied. My boyfriend also got his through Company Bike there. We're both happy. All the staff are great! 👍 Whether you have a question, a problem, or just need something, you feel well taken care of, and the staff are always helpful and incredibly friendly. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars! 🥰 Thank you!

I wanted to bring our cargo bike in for repairs, as the shop is within walking distance. I had even called ahead to inquire. Unfortunately, I was then informed that they no longer accept cargo bikes not purchased from them. This exclusion is unfortunately not mentioned anywhere beforehand. (Online it says: only bikes from other manufacturers in winter and no online brands.)

A huge compliment to the workshop team at Fahrradhaus Winter in Ludwigsburg. I wanted to fit a new inner tube to the rear wheel of my e-bike, but I couldn't get the tire off the rim. In desperation, I called Winter, and they were happy to help me (even though I didn't have an appointment). Less than 20 minutes later, I was all set. A super friendly and helpful employee quickly and easily fitted everything for me at a fair price. Many thanks to the team at Fahrradhaus Winter!

I'm used to customer service differently, even if you didn't buy the bike from Sport Winter. They didn't even have time to use a shock pump. I can't recommend it to anyone. Greetings from LB

We bought our bikes at the E-Bike Zentrum Winter in August. I can only say that the advice was excellent! Flávio's expertise is particularly noteworthy. All the other employees are also extremely friendly and helpful.

Fahrradhaus Winter has a truely large selection of E-Bikes with excellent models. The salesperson gave me competent advise, and let me test drive different models

I am very happy with the E-bike I bought here and the yearly service went without any problems. Small minus for long lead-time to get a service or repair appointment. I will by the next bike for my family also here.

I was very pleased with their service A consultantation itself was prerfect and fast. A guy in shop was very attentive and understanding. I do know which bike i want now and gonna buy one from them. Thanks alot guys!
