I had my snowboard serviced at Funbox because I wanted to go snowboarding over the weekend. I dropped it off on Friday, and thanks to their express service, everything was done very quickly. I was able to pick up my snowboard again the very next day. This allowed me to enjoy my snowboarding weekend as planned. The team was very friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Funbox.

I have flat feet and for a while, I had real trouble finding snowboard boots that fit. I tried online, at big snowboard chains, and tried on loads of different pairs – but in the end, it was usually just: "Get the most expensive ones, they'll fit." Here, it was completely different. They listened to me and made it clear from the start: the boots would be adjusted and molded to my feet until they fit perfectly. And that's exactly what happened – in the end, they feel like slippers. They take their time, stand by their word, and deliver exactly what they promise. Truly outstanding service. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Amazing quality and well-made merchandise, super friendly staff, and they even offered coffee to make shopping more enjoyable 🥺 A really lovely shop, visually appealing too. The salespeople weren't pushy and were incredibly friendly. Thank you! ❤️

My son took skateboarding lessons there a while ago. They seem to take place every Sunday afternoon, with prior registration (see website). He thought it was cool.

I've been a customer at Funbox for many, many years and always buy my snowboard gear there. They truly value service and customer loyalty. A problem with my new snowboard boots was resolved easily and to my complete satisfaction. All the staff are friendly and competent. The service goes above and beyond the norm. The Funbox team is not only incredibly competent but also very fast. After decades of use, I finally wanted to update my snowboard setup. They took a lot of time to listen to me and my needs, asked the right questions, and gave me very targeted advice. I bought a snowboard and boots there before Christmas. Heiko's advice was absolutely fantastic – clear and easy to understand. Now that I've thoroughly tested both on holiday, I'm more than satisfied. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend them!
