I'm buying shoes for three people. Today I spent almost 400 euros. One pair had a broken shoelace, and no one offered me a replacement. I can buy them myself, but it's the principle of the thing. So many employees, and none of them knew anything about shoes. You wait to get information about shoe sizes, and the salespeople are having private conversations and ignoring you. Disinterest and a complete lack of motivation. It's a real shame.

I visited the store and had a bad experience. A young, pierced woman with red hair was extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. At times, she even yelled at us. In the end, I was completely ignored, and she sat right next to me, laughing at me with a colleague. Such behavior is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. I specifically asked to speak to the manager, but this was completely ignored, except for the excuse that he wasn't in the store—instead, I was still yelled at. This was about returning an item. I had already been to the store in January, and the SAME employee told me then that returns weren't possible during that period and that I should come back later. When I returned later, she suddenly claimed I was past the return window and completely denied that returns hadn't been possible in January. However, another colleague confirmed to me that returns and exchanges were indeed not possible in January. In the end, I was ignored again while she chatted, gossiped, and laughed with a colleague right in front of me. That's no way to treat customers. Anyone who employs staff like that shouldn't be surprised when business isn't good. I've never experienced such disrespectful behavior. It's completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately the minimum I can give is 1, otherwise they deserve a big ZERO. The employees are very unfriendly, very disrespectful, very arrogant. The worst people that customers would need service from.

‏ Employees and manager are the rudest I have seen in Germany. There was one nice guy employee, and because he was trying to help, the manager screamed at him. Very disappointing service and no changing rooms!

Last Saturday I wanted to buy some shoes and after try my number I decided to take them but for my surprise the curly rude cashier guy ask me for more money than the price that was announced. After I show him the price announced in the shoes in an idiotic way he said that he couldn't do anything and if I wanted the shoes I would have to pay the price that he ask and not the price that was announced in the shop. Horrible service. If I could I would give 0 but unfortunately 1 is the minimum.

Located INSIDE of Breuninger Land on the 2nd floor. Has quite some interesting shoes. Service could improve ( you have to go to the cashiers to ask questions if they do not ignore you ) - 2 stars reduction for this.
