Excellent advice. I bought a backpack for a trip and received expert advice tailored to my needs. I was even able to try it on, including weights. The same applied to hiking boots. A great place to go for anything outdoor and backpacking gear.

My experience with naturzeit is based solely on an online purchase and the corresponding transaction. The process was exceptionally fast and very customer-oriented. Unfortunately, due to a defect, I had to return the item after a few weeks. naturzeit then sent it back to the manufacturer, and after inspection, I received an informative email from them as well as a full refund. For me, this is an exemplary online purchase with absolutely no downsides!

Loved the shop and the service. I could not recommend more. I was assisted by Mike and he took his time to answer all my questions and advise me. I was looking at a sleeping liner for Jacobs Way and also was wondering how I will find a backpack after 7 orders and returns. I must say, I only bought the stuff in shop because of the amazing service I was provided with. I was able to see the sleeping liners and touch them in order to decide for my best fit but was also advised on what works best for my concerns. Most importantly I was pleasantly surprised to get a great explanation and a backpack fitting. I must say the first backpack Mike chose for me fit perfectly and once I got home I ordered it even if I am testing three other backpacks at the moment. It just fit perfectly and felt so natural on my back that I couldn't stop thinking about it. I really hope the review is seen and taken into consideration by the shop managers because they really have a golden employee there. I also listened to him provide advice to two other customers and they both leaved satisfied. The best shop experience ever, I recommend going in the shop and trying / seeing the stuff instead of ordering online. It made my day. Vielen Dank Mike!

I ordered a product and was contacted by naturzeit to inform me that there had been an error in their inventory and they could not supply the product in the desired color. They politely acknowledged my cancellation of the order and promptly refunded the amount I had already paid. Excellent customer service!

I was just in the shop to fit the boots and buy them. What was a suprise when after 20 mins looking for my size, then fitting, they told me that shop price is 30e higher than online price and if i will order online with pickup here i will able to pick them up tomorrow, not today... What a timewasters. Do not recommend this shop.
