It used to be better. Unfortunately, there are fewer and fewer people to do the work.

My bike chain was rusty and dirty. It was catching and pulling up at the front. I got an appointment quickly. I was contacted by phone the same day to let them know I could pick up my bike. My chain was shiny and looked brand new! Everything has been working perfectly ever since. I'm thrilled. Friendly staff, well organized 👍

Actually, I am, or at least was, a regular customer of the bike station and quite satisfied with the repairs. Today, however, I had an experience that significantly dampened my satisfaction: On the way to the train station, my brake cable broke. I assumed I could drop off my bike, which was no longer roadworthy, there and have it repaired at short notice. But I was rudely turned away. Nothing can be done without an appointment. I fully understand that it's necessary to schedule appointments in advance for work planning purposes. But refusing service in an emergency doesn't do justice to what I, at least for me, associate with the term "bike station." What a shame

The wait times are too long before someone bothers to accept and park my bike. I'm hoping the bike parking garage in the Schillerviertel will open soon! They should hire more staff. People at the train station are short on time and often in a hurry. Also, in my opinion, the station opens too late in the morning (shift workers on early and late shifts can't park their bikes there).

A few years ago, I was really satisfied with the service at the bike repair shop. However, this has deteriorated significantly over time. First, they repaired perfectly good parts on my bike that I hadn't authorized, which, of course, ended up costing me considerably more than initially agreed upon. Repairs were also frequently delayed, even though I rely on my bike daily. Now, the shop isn't even accepting new orders. They've definitely lost me as a customer. From now on, I'll simply repair my bike myself. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this shop. It's a shame.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible service, a three-week wait, only to be told that spare parts had to be ordered, which would take three days. And you can't use your bike during those days. The customer service is terrible. They look at you askance when you say your bike is important to you. If you don't like your job and working with bikes, you shouldn't work there. Never again, and I advise anyone who values their bike against it!

This place is very good for bicycle servicing. It's quite near by the Ludwigsburg station. Very prompt service. Please be aware that you cannot use card to pay for the service, so need to take money with you. Prior appointment is required.

The bike was decent enough for the price, and the staff member who we spoke to on collection was very helpful. Unfortunately the experience was somewhat soured by the xenophobia of the shop assistant on returning the bike, who was disgusted by the fact that I couldn't speak fluent German. I actually speak a little, and was over visiting a German friend (who sadly wasn't present). Unfortunately my German doesn't stretch to "the mud guard was rubbing on the rear wheel", and I was subject to an angry rant about how I dared come to Germany without speaking the language fluently. That'll teach me for trying to be helpful.

They say it closes at 9pm (on fridays), the employee had everything packed up at 8.
