I came in to have my bike repaired, and they showed me all the options, which seemed convincing. Well... and then I left with a new bike. But now my child is safe on the road.

I had the carburetor of my Vespa Primavera 50 cleaned there. It's running again now! The repair was quick, and the service was friendly and straightforward. They even helped me load and unload the Vespa. I'll gladly come back.

We've been bringing our bikes here for inspection and repairs for several years now. We're more than satisfied. Super friendly people. Good value for money. Perfect, reliable work. We'd be happy to come back.

I brought my 300cc scooter here for a rear tire change and steering head bearing replacement. I paid a bill of €420, including €91 for a new rear tire... what I got back was an unrideable scooter. Mr. Grün personally handed it to me without saying a word. The steering head bearing wasn't replaced, and they tried to adjust it, but so unsuccessfully that the scooter couldn't go faster than 50 km/h. Anything faster would be downright dangerous. Furthermore, the front wheel was so badly balanced that it felt like it might fly off while riding. I can't recommend this workshop at all. I got my scooter back with more damage than when I brought it in. I almost got the feeling that the workshop was deliberately trying to ensure repeat business... - poor service - extremely expensive - unprofessional - grossly negligent Find yourself a reputable workshop...

I understand that everything has gotten more expensive these days, but charging €86 for tire fitting and balancing is extremely expensive. 1. I took the wheels off and took them to the workshop. 2. They didn't even install new valves. 3. The customer service is not friendly at all.

I had to take my Sym scooter in for its service. I got an appointment very quickly; the woman on the phone was very friendly. I dropped the scooter off on Tuesday and picked it up again on Thursday. Everything went smoothly. The mechanic was super friendly and explained everything to me.

Besides the inspection (unfortunately not at an authorized Piaggio service center), I also had some paint damage on the rear and top case repaired, and I'm very satisfied. Everything was explained to me in detail, I could ask questions, and we worked together to find the best solution. I even received some helpful tips :) I think everything went incredibly quickly, even though they had said it would take a little longer. I also received a price estimate beforehand, which was spot on. Everyone was super friendly, and they even went over everything again when I picked up my scooter. I'll be back, thanks :)

Inspection invoice with work not completed. When I complained, I was treated as if I had no idea what was going on. (2015). Currently (2020), I wanted to give the company a chance to revise the bad impression I had in 2015. No luck. Instead of seizing the opportunity, the owner had nothing better to do than act offended and referred me to another authorized dealer. Apparently, the company is (still) doing too well. We'll have to wait and see.

The worst place you can think to bring your bike. People that is not hearing a potential new customer and than being disrespectful, disconnecting the phone. If you want to lear how not to treat a customer, talk to them. I TOTALLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
