During my inpatient rehabilitation stay, I received physiotherapy and occupational therapy from the staff at Ortema. My experience was excellent. The entire team was extremely professional, friendly, and dedicated. I was given ample time and attention, and I felt well cared for. I was particularly impressed by the therapists' expertise and empathy, especially that of the physiotherapist, Dominic Kombächer. His treatments and holistic approach surpassed my previous experiences. He explained the connections clearly and gave me helpful exercises to continue at home. His helpfulness went above and beyond, as he quickly arranged an appointment with Ortema Orthopedics Technology and consulted with colleagues. The progress I was able to make in such a short time thanks to his support speaks for itself. The therapy rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped. Overall, my experience with Ortema was extremely positive, and I am grateful for the outstanding care. I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking high-quality occupational and physical therapy. Many thanks to the entire team for your hard work and dedication!

I ordered the new GP5 knee pads, they fit, but they slip down after pedaling several times. The Velcro closure behind the knee rubs so badly that I'd probably get pressure sores on a longer ride! In a crash, the pads definitely won't stay in place! So far, these are the worst knee pads I've ever worn, and from such a reputable brand! What a shame! Just a heads-up for anyone planning to try them and be just as disappointed: Ortema requires the customer to pay for return shipping!

It's a shame the GP5 didn't meet your expectations. This product is a lightweight all-mountain/trail knee protector, and for the design to work properly, the size has to be right. Of course, your own anatomy also plays a crucial role in the fit. We're sorry it didn't work for you.<br><br>Many of our riders, such as Max Pfeil, Steffi Marth, Marcus, and Levin Klausmann, get along very well with the GP5 and have even experienced a few crashes with it. Just like with shoes or helmets, finding the right fit is essential for knee protectors. It's no secret that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; this is stated in our terms and conditions, which everyone agrees to before purchasing.<br><br>Thank you for your feedback. We take it to heart and will strive to improve in the future.

Hello dear Ortema team, I did my rehab aftercare program with you (Irena) 😃🕺💯 . It was a really good and wonderful time. The relaxation courses with Ms. Jung were simply wonderful, the whole team and the theory sessions were top-notch. They strengthened me in my life, and I've incorporated a lot into my everyday life. Now I'd like to add my two cents. In the summer of 1997, after a serious car accident that resulted in, among other things, complex knee instability with malalignment (X-shaped) and cartilage damage, I received my first K-Com knee brace. Since then, I've had a new one made every few years, and since 2003, I've even traveled over 500 km to get one. From the very beginning, I was thrilled with this carbon fiber brace. With the K-Com, which I wear consistently every day, I can manage everyday life in any situation, and even mountain bike tours and hikes are no problem. This led me to retrain as an orthopaedic technician in 2013. Even though I now have the knowledge and the ability to build my own knee brace, I continue to rely on the quality, reliability, and experience from Markgröningen. I drove 500 kilometers to have a knee brace made for skiing at Ortema GmbH. I don't regret it at all; the highly professional staff did a fantastic job. You can immediately tell they have over 20 years of experience. Thank you so much, they were a great help.

Excellent organization and no waiting times. The daytime service worked flawlessly; I went for measurements at 7:30 a.m. and by 2:30 p.m. my custom-made orthosis was ready to take home. In my case, it was the Kcom orthosis. The orthoses fit perfectly, of course. Many thanks to the entire team and to Sven Stephan; I felt very well cared for.
