After breaking my nose, I called there and got an appointment to have a mask made in no time. At the appointment itself, the service was super friendly, offering coffee and/or water straight away. The scan was completely hassle-free and quick. I waited there and received a free breakfast and access to the gym to pass the time. In short, it's great value for money. Every single employee there is very friendly and open. A very pleasant experience! I highly recommend it!

I must admit I wasn't familiar with Ortema and their protectors before. I'm a mountain biker (hobby, intermediate) and ride trails and moderate enduro. Safety is very important to me, partly due to my profession. I'm not in my twenties anymore. I learned more about the GP5 knee pad through a test article. It was rated very well. Slipping was criticized, but the protective effect was very good. I quickly realized that the test was outdated and the protector has since been redesigned with a wide silicone band at the upper thigh. I called and asked my questions, especially regarding the fit. I received excellent, comprehensive advice. Many thanks to Mr. R. I then ordered the GP5 and also the GP3 for my elbows. They offer Level 2 protection, just as an aside. The GP5 does too, of course. The fit of both products is excellent. The protectors are pre-shaped, conform very well, and the fabric is elastic and doesn't pinch. Everything gives a high-quality impression. I ordered size L for both. So, with my GP5, my head circumference is 48cm, which is close to the upper limit of the size range, which ends at 49cm. It fits perfectly. The GP3 is similar. So, you can pretty much go by the measurements. Incidentally, Ortema won out over the Troy Lee Stage Pro for me. They're also more expensive and certainly not better. The predecessor, the non-Pro version, disappointed me in terms of quality. Just so you know. I'm sticking with Ortema from now on. Thank you so much! I've found my perfect fit.

I recently purchased knee brace protectors from this store and I must say, I am highly impressed. The braces not only look great, but the material used is incredibly solid, providing excellent stability for my knees. The customer support was outstanding as well. They were prompt in answering my questions and helped me choose the correct size. Furthermore, the delivery was remarkably fast, and the packaging was exceptional. Each knee protector came in its own bag, along with size sponges and detailed instructions on how to adjust it. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with this store!
