I had a fantastic experience with support at this branch. I had bought a jacket, and after the first wash, the zip was damaged. I just take it back to maybe fix it since it has been more than one month since I bought that. The manager was a young and super nice guy; he changed it with a new one. I and my wife use several products from the brand, but we didn't expect such fantastic support. positive: English-speaking, Reasonable prices, Good qualities , Fantastic support, nice location in outletcity

Hello Columbia family. I've been using your products for a long time, but this is the first time I've seen a treat like this branch. I couldn't even look at the products I wanted to buy because of the rudeness of the employees. There have never been such unprofessional employees in an institution like you. There are not many alternative stores in Germany anyway, and when it happens like this, I give up buying your products.

Be very careful — do not trust When packing the 1 jacket and 3 t-shirts that I paid for, the seller only put the jacket in the bag and didn’t include the t-shirts. When I called, they took my email and said they would tell their boss, but nobody got back to me. I couldn’t go back because I had a flight the next morning. Terrible service — I still can’t reach anyone.

There is a wonderful lady who works here. She solves all your problems and does her best to help the customers. As far as I can see, the customers of the store are mostly Turkish. The lady's English is also great. In this sense, she tries to help all foreigners. I am very happy to know her and I would like to thank her again through this message. Also, this store is one of the places that every Turk should see before they die 🥹

You really need to improve your customer service!!! It does not exist! When I arrived at Columbia store my husband was in the fitting room and I asked the guy and the entrance to le me in as I was going at the fitting room where my husband was. Because there were people lining outside he said I should line (around one hour) if I want to enter the shop or my husband to come out from the fitting room to prove that he was there. So after my husband was waiting a lot to enter the fitting room as the store was really busy, he was now suppose to go out to prove to the entrance guy that we are together. READ that again please! So he was sending me photos from the fitting room as I was not allowed by the your employee to enter. Is the customer valued for Columbia? Is the store customer service oriented? In the end you address to CUSTOMERS. I hope you understand my point and you train your employees according to customer service policy. You should treat you customer the way you want to be treated when you are a customer!

If you like good outdoor wear, I recommend a visit. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Prices in the shop were ok, but not mindblowing low. Selection was ok as well. I pesonally love the quality of Columbia. Never had a bad experience with their jackets, fleeces, and shoes. So go and check out the store.
