Decent selection but the staff has little interest in actually being of help to customers. On top of that, they closed the cash counter 30 minutes before closing time and obliged customers to pay by card just because it suits them best. Disappointed experience, will not be returning

Such a great store! The Lululemon team in Metzingen is honestly amazing – super friendly, helpful, and with the kind of energy that makes shopping fun. They really take their time, give honest advice and make sure you find exactly what fits. The store itself is bright, well organized and has a great selection. It’s rare to meet staff this genuinely kind and attentive – you walk out not just with the perfect outfit, but with a good mood too. 💫 Definitely one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time.

The Robson store is where I prefer to shop. Great customer service and lots of room to look around. The store at Tswassen Mills is awful and I won’t be going there again. A total disservice to the brand.
