The Salewa Outlet is a small oasis in the bustling Metzingen Outlet City. I can't remember where or when I've been so lucky to receive such good, personalized advice. All questions were answered in detail, and numerous hiking/trekking/approach shoes were shown, and sometimes even laced up. Special thanks to Jasmin Pid for her friendliness, expertise, and good humor!

Very friendly service and advice. They take plenty of time for the customer, and the employees are very friendly. Even if you arrive just before closing time, you'll still receive comprehensive advice.

The staff was friendly. They helped me choose a tracksuit, sweatshirt, and shoes. They even gave me a gift. Good selection and prices. Could you tell me if I can buy shoes remotely? How can I contact the store manager?

5 stars for Florian, the salesman at the store, he went above and beyond to meet all our needs, answering all our questions, even staying past the working hours for us to decide on the right product. Best customer service I experienced in Germany by far. Thank you!

I like that the Staff is polite and make you feel "cozy". On sales its super but other days its just ok as we refer to prices.
