Dear local Loesdau team, after endlessly ordering online recently, I thought I'd stop by again. And I wasn't disappointed! Vanessa was a top consultant, I found the perfect girth, and received a ton of valuable additional tips (boots, etc.). Exchanging (I chose the wrong product) wasn't an issue on my second visit either. I'll gladly leave the website closed and make the trip myself. Mr. Ertelt and his team are simply fantastic!

We had a really nice and friendly salesperson who gave us excellent advice. Competent, honest, and with a great feel for our needs. We were particularly impressed with the selection for draft horses, which was truly comprehensive and well-thought-out compared to other shops. Among other things, I bought a draft horse bridle, a riding crop, and various small items that you always need. A particularly thoughtful touch: when we accidentally left the riding crop in the shop, they called us right away. Fantastic service! The shop is clean, well-organized, and the restrooms are also well-maintained. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience. We will definitely come back again, despite the longer drive!

Loesdau is a great place for all things horse and rider. Whether you're into Western or English riding, everyone will find something here. The selection is extensive. The staff is very friendly, competent, and helpful. The prices are competitive, but you get the corresponding quality.
