We had two e-bikes serviced for a basic inspection. The bikes were picked up from our home and delivered back to us. The inspection and the pick-up and delivery service were excellent! The scheduling was flawless, and the communication was very friendly. You rarely find that kind of service these days. We highly recommend Cycle Service Nürtingen.

My new favorite repair shop for everything bike-related! Overall, a fantastic impression. The shop is modern and tidy, and they use premium tools. Booking appointments is super easy, and they get appointments quickly. The advice is excellent! The work is flawless... I'll definitely be back :-)

I took our e-bikes to Cycle Service in Nürtingen for inspection the day before yesterday (Monday) and was able to pick them up again yesterday (Tuesday), already completed. The service work was carried out to our complete satisfaction, and the on-site consultation was excellent. During the inspection, only absolutely necessary parts were replaced, and additional spare parts were not forced upon us. The atmosphere during drop-off and pick-up of the bikes was very pleasant. We will continue to bring our bikes to Cycle Service in the future and can wholeheartedly recommend this workshop.

I got an appointment at very short notice, received friendly and expert advice, the repair was carried out perfectly, and I was able to pick up my bike the day after next. The price wasn't exactly cheap, but just about reasonable! I'll gladly come back!

Everything was great. I brought my e-bike in for repair; parts had to be ordered and the extent of the work still needed to be determined. Everything was finished after just three days, and in the meantime, I was informed of the costs by phone. I would gladly use their services again!

Before my first service appointment, I had very friendly contact and received all the information I needed. An appointment was quickly arranged, and I was able to pick up my bike the next day. Excellent service! I'm very satisfied.

Highly recommended, absolutely top-notch service for both the bikes and the staff. I had two bikes inspected within a week. They did a joint inspection and provided a clear cost estimate. The work was completed quickly and very professionally. I received an order confirmation by email and an invoice upon collection.
