I ordered a second-hand wing that was advertised as having 'only cosmetic scratches'. However, they sent me a wing that was torn and patched with a 30 x 30 cm piece of material. They also forgot to remove the list of defects from the bag — this wing had punctured bladders as well. This has never happened to me with Czech online shops before, I am surprised by such unprofessional business practices. This is deceptive to customers.

Be careful with what is listed on their website that you order, and what they send... I ordered an Ion Curv 14 Select harness. First i found out that the knife was missing. They said they were sorry and sent one in a week. That was acceptable as forretting something may be a human error. Then i realized that the bar was not as described on their website. I wrote to them and they told me they sent with the demo bar (that ion sent them for free.) and they would order and send the actual Spectre bar when they got it in 4 weeks. In fact, they sent after more than 8 weeks. And i am 100% sure they would not be telling me that it was sent with a demo part if i did not ask. So, that was not a humanly mistake. This was not a humman error, that they could not have noticed. in fact it was their pure intention to fool the customer. Be careful with what you order and what you get. Check it twice... Or better not to order from them. That was my first and last order....

Hey Gokhan,<br><br>we are sorry for what is happening to you. I understand, that you are disappointed because we are still not able to deliver the right bar for your harness. But actually we are not producing the goods. We are reseller! So we already ordered, as we told you, the bar from ION. But doing to the pandemic and the ongoing critical shipment situation, we are not the issue of longer waiting times. We also had and still have a lot of problems because of the situation. It's not helpful to point on use ore ION. We all do our best to move forward. We will send you a new and correct bar aver we received it.<br>To point out that we're playing tricks on our customers is an insult for use in personal and as a company!<br>What a ridiculous expression. Sorry but we are in business since 32 year. We are not interested in playing trick, we try to collect more customers all over the world and deliver them high-quality goods.<br>We're looking forward to getting you the correct bar and close this case for you and use.<br><br>best regards Team Puresports

Highly recommendable, great service! Placed my order for a new snowboard, binding and boots after a very friendly and helpful call on Friday and got everything delivered to Switzerland a few days later.

AMAZING customer support! I am from Norway, and originally they dont ship here because of few orders, but i called and i got so much help from the guy in the other end. He helped me through the order and even helped me translate words i did not understand! Thank you so much! Will absolutely recommend! Thanks again!

Speaking for their ebay store.Order was cancelled after 10 days but I got intouch with the shop via mail and managed to get a good board out of them. Board came waxed and serviced and it was realy fast. Will probably buy again from this store in the near future if I come across a good deal again!

I can offer you a goodtimes from 2019 as a used board for the same price. At the moment we sell that Gooftimes for about 200 you will get it for 99 as the other board. Fast delivery to the Czech Republic. I made a mistake in the order. I contacted the seller and he responded quickly and suggested a professional solution to the situation. I can recommend E-shop and services puresports-schumacher.

Great deal on a SUP at the end of season. I was at first a little hesitant by the lowest prices, but products were new, perfect and delivered quickly.

Using Google I found the webshop. There were so many choises so we had some contact with Wolfgang, and together we made a perfect new light wind surfset. He arranged the transportation, made a great total price and we just received all the items in good order. Very happy customer so 5 star rating from us here in The Netherlands.
