I bought my bike directly from Fahrradhaus Czernoch GbR through JobRad. When my rear tire was flat, I wanted to have it repaired there, since JobRad covers the costs. However, the repair shop claimed they couldn't handle the repair directly with JobRad – even though they're listed as an authorized repair shop. They didn't offer me a solution, so they simply sent me away. Fortunately, I went to another bike shop, where I received immediate assistance without any problems. This is exactly what customer service should look like! If you have a JobRad, you should avoid Fahrradhaus Czernoch GbR and find a more competent repair shop instead.

Sales: Unfortunately, all the e-bikes I was interested in were sold out a year in advance. The customer service was also very poor. I had the feeling they didn't really want to sell me anything. Workshop: No warranty work was offered for bikes that I inevitably ended up buying elsewhere. After 1.5 years, they wanted me to buy a completely new rear brake system for a three-figure sum, even though it had worked perfectly until then? Another workshop found no fault with it! My conclusion: Not recommended!

I bought my bike there last year, back when the pandemic was still in effect. I received excellent and thorough advice. Admittedly, due to the circumstances, we had to wait outside the shop, but that just goes to show how dedicated they are. Recently, I had a technical problem with my bike. Again, they helped me quickly and efficiently. (Thank you again!) My conclusion: I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop 👍👍👍

The boss still personally handles the repairs here! Thank you so much for helping me with my breakdown so quickly and without any red tape. That's so rare these days. These mechanics really know their stuff! Highly recommended.

Great shop with super friendly and helpful owners and staff. They fitted us with a new inner tube and tire in an emergency, even though the store was closed. Thank you so much again, and all the best!

Highly recommended: Competent and friendly! I arrived at the shop an hour before closing time, and Mr. Czernoch immediately and spontaneously took my bike into the workshop and even solved a tricky problem. I wouldn't have been able to do it myself. Truly excellent service. They also stock all sorts of spare parts and accessories. I didn't look at the bikes themselves.

By far the best bike shop in Nürtingen, in my opinion. The staff is knowledgeable and you feel like you're getting proper advice. Price-wise, I'd say they're not exactly cheap. A bike from a hardware store would probably end up being a total write-off here. Full marks for the comprehensive and excellent service and the fair workshop. A classic specialist shop with an attached repair service. When I was there with my bike and the gears were slipping, the employee had a little trouble spotting the bent derailleur hanger. However, he later billed me so fairly that I couldn't complain. After I paid, he noticed that the saddle needed adjusting. He insisted on doing it for me free of charge. A nice gesture. I'll be back.
