Thank you so much for your quick help! I happened to be nearby with my e-bike and needed to have my luggage rack installed because I didn't have the right Allen key with me. So I went into the living room and was helped without hesitation. The job was done within five minutes. I'd be happy to help again!

My front derailleur was misaligned, and I was getting desperate. After a quick phone call, I was able to drop off my road bike, and it was ready for pickup the very next day. The derailleur is working perfectly again. Competent and fast service. The price was great too! I can highly recommend Kubis Bikes to everyone!

Bicycle shop with specialists and an attached workshop. Friendly and competent advice, even for my relatively old bike. The repair was carried out at the agreed-upon and fair price. You're not pressured or rejected into buying a new bike here; you receive fair and honest advice. Thank you very much! I'll be back.

Great store with excellent advice. Everything is absolutely perfect here. Customer service, price, etc. I just went to the first service after my purchase, and everything was top-notch. My next purchase will definitely be here again. Keep it up!

I haven't been there in person yet, but yesterday at 12 I ordered a part from the online shop. Today at 11 it arrived and has been installed correctly. Very good, keep up the good work. Regards.

I ordered an e-bike via JobRad through Kubis Bikes. The entire experience was smooth and within a week, I had my e-bike! They installed a connected front/rear lighting system and the quality of workmanship is very good. It is nice to have a neighborhood bicycle shop that is knowledgeable and friendly, especially for beginners.

Very knowledgable and the adviser speaks English! Shame I had to ring Germany to get decent advice on how to fit lights on my Haibike. These guys know everything about Haibikes and take time and effort to explain even if you are from UK! Great customer experience, amazing product catalogue, will buy everything from here henceforth!
