The Plochingen Decathlon is extremely large and very spacious inside. The great lighting, clean environment, and well-organized layout make shopping really enjoyable. It wasn’t crowded during my weekday evening visit. There’s a repair station for bicycles and a charging station for e-bikes. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the store is conveniently reachable from the Bundesstraße 10. However, it’s quite far from the city center, so accessibility by public transport is rather limited.

I visited the store end of march, the store was huge with some great areas for kids (I wish they have more). The store was clean, it was easy to find products as there are different sports section. Enough parking space.

One of the nice place to buy any sport or game equipment. You will find good quality stuff in reasonable price I believe. Badminton rackets, shuttlecocks, T-shirts ,trousers,shoes, volleyball,basket ball , Foot ball, swimming gear, Tents for outdoor events and many more.. Many parking places are available. In-liners,skates ,helmets ,knee protection equipment..etc also available in the store. Self Billing counters are also available. Trail rooms available to try the cloths. Staff people are friendly. Hope this information helps.

Absolutely recommended! Huge selection compared to other bike store and their gear is hard to beat with very reasonable quality at a very good price. Never had an issue with staff and many of them spoke English and tried to help me with my questions. It's easy to pile up the money spent but 300€ would get you 8 items compared to 2 items in other bike stores.

This Decathlon store is huge one with a large parking. The employees are very friendly. I went for new strings for my badminton racket. They have good enough strings like yonex BG 80 or 95, still you can take yours with you. They will string it for you. The stringing (Bespannung) costs 11.50 euro + the cost of strings (5-10 euro). They don’t do immediately, you have to come back after 1/2 days.

Sport shop, almost everything and each kind of sport. It’s a big fun for the kids, they can run, ride a bike, play with a ball and try the different fitness equipment. Price is acceptable

Absolutely love this place! Total value for money for practically every sport on Earth! Bigger of the two decathlons which are nearby- Esslingen and Plochingen. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great selection of products. Totally recommend it to every sport lover. :-)

You have to know what exactly you are looking for before going there. Great value for money and unexpectedly good quality. Staff doesn't mind it you try to set up eg a tent in the shop to test it.
