The workshop offers outstanding service – from scheduling an appointment to picking up the car, everything runs smoothly. Customer service is top-notch: friendly, competent, and always available. Repairs are carried out reliably, quickly, and at fair prices. Spare parts are usually readily available, and you can tell the work here is done with passion and expertise. I'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend them. After contacting them, I got an appointment the same day. The owner is very friendly and competent. He perfectly adjusted my completely misaligned gears in 20 minutes, and I was able to take my bike with me right away. Excellent value for money. I'm thrilled and will definitely be back. Thanks :)

I went there the first time because it was the closest workshop. The inspection was quick. Unfortunately, I'm missing some kind of report. I don't know what he checked. He signed the inspection booklet and also noted a defect. But at another workshop, I received a report with data stored on the e-bike, but everything that had been done was also checked off. Unfortunately, I lack transparency here. It's a shame.

Very nice owner and great service. Highly recommended. I had a flat tire on my tour and spontaneously called to see if I could come by. It went smoothly, and after five minutes, the bike was ready to ride again. I'd definitely be happy to come back. Great service in this small but excellent workshop.👍🏻
