I was out cycling and got two flat tires. Then, just past Rechberghausen, I got a third. It was probably due to all the grit the winter road maintenance crew had spread. I wanted to call home and get a ride, but then I realized my phone and all the change were at home. Big problem, I was about 40 km from home. Then, by chance, I stumbled upon Falco's bike shop. I went in, explained my problem, and Falco helped me without hesitation. He provided me with an inner tube and access to his workshop for the tire change, and even helped me with it himself. An absolutely fantastic person and shop. If there were more people like Falco, the world would be a better place. Thanks, Falco!

A zero-point service – it's a shame you have to give at least one star; I'd give zero if I could. They don't deserve any more! My mother went there with my nephew because the wheel on his e-scooter was bent. Without even a greeting, he reacted inappropriately and immediately refused to do the job. He said he gets several repairs like this a week and it would be too expensive, he'd need 3-4 hours and charges €90 an hour, blah blah blah… I thought I'd take a look myself, and it only took me half an hour to fix it. No parts cost anything… It's shameful and sad that people like that exist…

Sorry, never again. Overly enthusiastic use of first names with customers 🙈 and then, upon collection, explaining that extra labor costs had to be paid because the bike was dirty.

I ordered a bicycle pump several months ago and paid in cash on site. We agreed that I would be notified when the item arrived. This never happened. I went back twice to check on it and also inquired via email. No item, and no response to my attempts to contact them. The service is terrible; agreements are never honored. You can safely ignore the reviews from his friends on Google.
