I'm very satisfied with the service. A complete service for my e-bike, including a few modifications, was carried out on schedule. Communication was excellent throughout. Any questions were answered immediately. That's exactly the kind of service you want in a local shop.

I had a breakdown practically right outside my door. Without even asking, they repaired it immediately, without hesitation. Perfect service! Very friendly, and the price was definitely right. I honestly can't understand the negative comments.

I've been coming to this small bike shop for over ten years. Whether it's for small repairs or larger items, the owner is always very helpful, fair, and offers very reasonable prices, which is sadly rare these days. I highly recommend this business.

I had a problem changing my tire. I couldn't get the tire onto the rim. I took my tire to a shop. A man told me it was his secret... took the tire... and pushed the tire onto the rim without any tools. It took about 10 seconds... I was thrilled! I asked him how much he owed me. He said between €5 and €10. I gave him €7. If he had said, "That's all sorted," he would have gained a new customer 🤷‍♂️ Like I said, I was grateful for the help and would have given him a tip anyway. But it was no trouble for him, and he still demanded payment... times change.

Excellent work and service. My rear brake pads were worn down and I had a long bike tour planned at short notice. I was able to stop by Radlust on short notice and they replaced the pads. Thank you very much! 👍

I am very satisfied with the service and quality. Mr. Raiser is always approachable and very helpful. A conversation with him is always stimulating. Anyone venting their personal frustrations here should first examine their motives and consider whether they would express them in person or only under the anonymity of the internet. Political opinions have no place here, especially when they are unfounded. For me, RADLUST is THE bike shop for all my needs.

I've always received excellent service here. We're lucky to have such a competent bike shop in Uhingen. If you talk to the owner and tell him what you want, he'll find the perfect bike for you. I wouldn't want to be without my Victoria Urban 11.9.
