I called this morning because I had a flat tire. Since I was a bit pressed for time, it needed to be repaired today or by tomorrow. I arrived half an hour before closing time, and the friendly gentleman changed the inner tube without any waiting and also briefly checked my brakes. I'm very satisfied, and the price was fair too.

I received a free inner tube at the Pretzel Race today because my spare and my own were unfortunately broken. I quickly replaced it myself and even got a bottle of sparkling water to refill it with. Thanks to you, I was actually able to finish the race. Thank you so much!!!

I ended up at Zack's workshop because of a flat tire. I bought a new inner tube, installed it myself on the spot, and had a nice chat with the owner. He even let me wash my hands – thanks a lot! 😉

Absolutely disappointing! I brought my bike in for a tire change, installation of a new taillight, and repair of the Bosch battery connection. After six weeks, I was told that the repair was impossible and that I should go to a specialist workshop! It's a shame I was misled by the good reviews... Save yourself the time and frustration and go to a proper bike shop!

Great bike repair shop! I had my bike serviced before our cycling trip. Very friendly and competent, got an appointment on short notice, and had my bike back in just two days. It's running like new again. Good service at a fair price. Thank you, I'll be back!

Although they're currently only operating from a temporary workshop and have a limited supply of spare parts, I received immediate and competent assistance with my bike emergency on a Saturday, allowing me to continue my cycling trip without delay. Thank you so much for this great service.

His wife received my bicycle and wrote down what I thought needed repairing. He repaired my bicycle very quickly and neatly, and I was very happy with the result. The communication (via text message to my mobile number), the price, and the pickup were also satisfactory. You can also order spare parts through Zack's bike shop. He uses many components from the quality brand Shimano, as I saw in his workshop. I highly recommend this couple's workshop.

I've lived in Aldingen for over four years now, but it's only been three months since I finally discovered my love for cycling—or rather, tricycles, because I saw them in action and fell in love instantly. As is typical in Swabia, I bought the cheapest option first and ended up with a lemon. While searching for a shop that could fix my problem, I was surprised to find this bicycle repair shop just a few doors down, so I decided to give it a try. I received a very warm welcome from the start, they explained the situation to me right away, and they also gave me some recommendations. The relaxed atmosphere made me feel very comfortable, even though it seemed a bit strange at first. You usually find people in workshops stiff and formal, but not here. You immediately strike up a conversation and feel very well taken care of. Following the recommendation, I bought a better tricycle and took it in for a check-up to be on the safe side. I was surprised how quickly it was done, and equally surprised by the very reasonable price – a real bargain! Today, my pedal was a bit loose and my brakes had a little too much play, and what can I say? It was fixed free of charge, even though the owner is going on vacation today! That's what I call service! My family and I will now have all our bike-related needs met here, and I can highly recommend this workshop. Anyone wanting to repair or buy a bicycle will find excellent advice here. 5 stars!
