Excellent advice, a great selection, and friendly staff. We bought two e-gravel bikes. Highly recommended!

I've been there three times 😊 1. I went to see what bikes were available (smaller sizes) and received excellent advice on the different brands. 2. With more time for a test ride and advice on using a dog trailer, the advice and the whole package were perfect, so I ordered it 👍 3. I picked up the bike and everything was explained perfectly. I'm extremely happy with everything. Thank you so much 😊

Hi, I bought an expensive e-bike last year. I went there today to buy an air pump. I bought one for a lot of money and asked, since I don't know how to use them, if he could inflate the tires for me with it... unfortunately, I didn't get any help! What kind of service is that? None! I won't be recommending this shop! Absolutely unacceptable!

We've had nothing but fantastic experiences there! I dropped by twice without an appointment, and both times I received immediate help in the workshop. All the staff are very competent and friendly!

Excellent service! We've been to the store three times now and have been very satisfied each time. Two years ago, I wanted to buy our daughter a new bicycle helmet. The salesperson asked about the old one, which we happened to have with us. He looked at the helmet and our daughter and said it still fit. He then spent a considerable amount of time adjusting and securing all the straps on the helmet free of charge, and our daughter is still riding with the "old" helmet today. Fantastic! It would have been easy to sell me a new helmet. After this positive experience, we returned in 2024 when my husband was interested in an e-bike. The advice was once again top-notch, friendly, and competent. Last week, I bought a bicycle there. Because the bike had a factory assembly error, delivery wasn't as straightforward as we had hoped, but all the staff were incredibly dedicated and friendly in the face of the problem. Unfortunately, I got a flat tire on the first ride. The bike shop immediately picked up the bike, fully repaired it, and delivered it back the same day. Very friendly service and I can wholeheartedly recommend the store.

Here, service and advice are part of everyday business. Even unusual requests like dog transport are handled with the seriousness that customers appreciate. Addendum: It couldn't be better. My lighting was converted and the dog basket installed in half the time and at a lower price than I expected. A sincere thank you!

We bought the bikes for my little nephew and our niece at Radhaus. We were extremely happy with the service, and the children love their bikes and balance bikes. The staff member addressed all our questions and took the time to answer them thoroughly. The selection was also perfectly adequate, so you're sure to find what you're looking for. Definitely worth a visit. We'll certainly be back.

I took my company bike in for its first service. Sure, they tightened the screws and took a quick look at it for €90... Nothing was broken. Unfortunately, something was broken afterward – but it had already been like that before. The staff were surprisingly unanimous. Before or after, however, no one had mentioned it or asked if it should be repaired... Despite the service. For €90... They assumed I didn't care or wasn't that important. Interesting approach. But they could repair it (for a fee). I feel slightly ripped off.

I am new to Germany, so I dont speak German well. Despite that, they worked with me to give me a fair inspection of my bikes and a fair price for their work.
