I'm giving you three stars. This rating refers to customer service. The courtesy was excellent. They took very good care of my e-scooter and also accommodated my request that the repair shouldn't take longer than half an hour. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. However, I'm not satisfied with the quality of the repair. My e-scooter was making squeaking noises from the brakes, which is why I brought it to the store. I was told that the brake discs had been cleaned and the screws adjusted correctly. Nevertheless, the noises reappeared after only 100 to 200 meters, especially in the rain. The brakes also malfunctioned for short periods. The problem was temporarily improved, but definitely not permanently resolved.

Hello Yusuf, generally speaking, every customer is welcome to return to us after a personal test ride and request any necessary adjustments. According to the work order we placed, we thoroughly cleaned the brakes on your NINEBOT MAX G3 and then readjusted the brake caliper and brake pads. The previous misalignment had caused some wear to the components. Functionality has been restored, but it will take some time for the brakes to fully settle in. However, this allowed us to stay within the agreed budget. If you wish, we would be happy to replace the brake disc and brake pads in a separate service. We look forward to hearing from you. I am extremely satisfied. The team is very competent and carries out repairs on e-scooters and other devices quickly and reliably. The price-performance ratio is absolutely excellent. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendly and professional customer service and the very good advice, which helped me with every question. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop.
