An absolutely brilliant and competent team. I've had several repairs done there, and each time I received excellent advice, the work was completed within a few days, all repairs were carried out flawlessly, and all at a more than fair price. Hello! I had a breakdown, or rather, my display completely died, which I didn't realize. Without the display/modes working, the bike was almost impossible to move. In my predicament, a friend transported the bike to Sauer. They would only look at it if I had an appointment. An appointment when it's broken down??? What a joke! I then came here and received immediate and exceptional service. Simply fantastic! Highly recommended!!!

People are friendly and know what they do. The price was also really fair! The bicycle was repaired in one day. The only problem was the waiting time for an appointment (it took nearly three weeks before I could bring my bicycle to them). Unfortunately, this common at bicycle shops at the moment because they have so many customers.
