I popped in again on a whim and left with new hiking boots. They regularly have discounted items of excellent quality. The staff take the time for a chat. One star deducted for "technical issues" – it's quite expensive overall. And I would appreciate a bit more smiling and less grim seriousness from the staff, even though they are already friendly!
