I bought a DT Swiss H1900 rear wheel rim privately from an online shop and wanted to tighten the spokes after three months of riding. Unfortunately, even half a turn per spoke was far too much, and I damaged several nipples. I took the damaged rim to Mr. Jack for repair. The repair was completed quickly, and the price was perfectly reasonable. Unfortunately, my problem with the rim couldn't be completely resolved. This was partly due to the poor workmanship and design of the rim, and also partly due to my own negligence. Even though my problem couldn't be completely fixed, I would still gladly go back to Multicycle if I have any further issues and can recommend their workshop.

We bought an e-bike from this dealer. Unfortunately, shortly after the purchase, small parts like screws and the kickstand fell off. Although the bike repair shop confirmed in writing that it was the dealer's responsibility to check that parts were correctly assembled before selling the bike, I still haven't received a refund from the dealer – about six months after forwarding the repair costs – despite repeated assurances. Very disappointing.

It's certainly surprising when a salesperson tells you they have ridiculous ideas about certain accessories. That kind of honesty takes some getting used to. :-) Beyond that, the purchase process was excellent. I basically knew what I wanted. My questions were answered very honestly and with expertise.

I was looking for someone who could advise me on e-bikes and really get me started – I found him because he answered the phone immediately when I called: Karim. Thanks to his truly sensational in-person consultation, I ended up buying three e-bikes! Absolutely no regrets. That was in March 2025, and now I've bought my fourth e-bike from Karim. He and the team in the workshop are fantastic. I'm happy to drive from Böblingen to Reutlingen because Karim, Jack, and the other employees do a truly superb job.

He was incredibly friendly, motivated, and in a great mood. He's the kind of employee you love. The other employees were also nice and friendly. Great store. We'll definitely be back.

Friendly and amazing service department. Came with my attempted cable housing cuts (or damage depending how you look at it) twice within a week - 2 bicycles … and not only did they cut and prep it as needed, I got some great advice and of course they didn’t want a cent. Thanks guys, great service, really appreciate your help.
