There's absolutely no customer service here. Every time I'm there, I'm neither greeted nor offered any help. The checkout is a disaster; you have to wait for several minutes even though there are two employees standing there. I'd rather order online, because you definitely don't feel welcome here! Two stars because Loesdau has a good selection of products.

Unfortunately, I love coming here far too much. Great advice on perfectly fitting dog coats, and they also have everything for both horse and rider! Unfortunately, I always leave with more than I actually need, which only speaks volumes about the friendly service and good advice. I'm happy to come back every time!

Not recommended. I just wanted to quickly buy one halter, arrived 15 minutes before closing time, and the young employee told me as soon as I got out of the car, "We're already closed!" When I explained that I just needed any halter quickly—it would be a breeze—I was rudely told, "No, we're closed NOW." On other occasions, the staff preferred to chat with their colleagues and only helped with annoyed looks. Making a complaint is completely pointless. It's a shame the staff are so difficult.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to give zero stars. I go to a store because I expect customer service and advice; otherwise, I could just order everything online. We bought a halter and lead rope for our horse, but the halter was mistakenly ordered in size WE instead of WB. During the week, customer service was no problem; we were able to exchange it, and the correct size was ordered for us. However, when we tried to finalize the exchange on Saturday, it was a complete disaster. Since my husband primarily cares for the horse, he handled the exchange and was treated condescendingly from the moment we entered the store until we left. The staff urgently need communication training because they barely spoke to my husband, and we had to wait at least 15 minutes before we received the correct halter (the store was completely empty). This will definitely be our last purchase from this store.
