This is the second time I've been disappointed with the service. They seem more interested in working on a shelf than helping customers with advice and assistance. Employees prefer to look the other way rather than ask if a customer needs help. Therefore, for the second time, I've bought shoes at a different specialty store with proper advice. The service used to be better than it has been for the last six months... I've been shopping there for many years, but as I said, the last two times I've been very disappointed...
