If you want to be demonstrably given incorrect information by unfriendly salespeople, this is the place for you. The atmosphere soured even before the event when it was revealed that the bike had been purchased elsewhere. Unbelievable…

Truly poor customer service and advice. If the service representative/customer service representative can't seem to figure out how to explain the basic process of repairing a Jobrad after an accident, I find it very difficult. !!! Please be careful when dropping off your Jobrad here. I received an invoice (which I had to pay) for a damage assessment, stating that Jobrad doesn't cover it. However, Jobrad never received the damage report or the invoice. Screams of fraud ;-D

Danger to life! Unfortunately, this is no joke. I had dropped off my bicycle at the TransVelo Service Center for a repair to a rubbing brake disc. On the following bike ride, my brake pads failed completely on a steep descent, and I only narrowly avoided a serious accident. Shoddy workmanship on safety-relevant components is completely unacceptable, so this shop is a no-go for me in the future. There was absolutely no acknowledgment of the mistake or even an apology.

Very large store, great selection. Friendly, helpful staff who are highly knowledgeable. Bike handover was very professional; everything was explained clearly. Even basic questions were answered thoroughly. Deserves more than 5 stars.

My chain was slipping in the higher gears. Yesterday I got a new drivetrain: chain and sprocket. It runs like new, shifts perfectly. Quality products were used. The service, quality, and price at the service center are all right!

After being dismissed at e-motion without any real advice, with the attitude that I couldn't afford it anyway (I'm sometimes estimated to be much younger), I went straight over to the Cube store, was excellently equipped while I waited, received excellent advice, and quickly purchased my bike, which I still really, really love. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of our advisor, but he was very friendly, competent, and patient. Thank you!

I brought our two Cube e-bikes in for servicing and minor repairs. The reception, appointment scheduling, service, and return process were all absolutely flawless – friendly, informative, and courteous. Everything on the bikes was fixed. We also had a pleasant conversation. Thank you very much.

My e-bike was making an annoying creaking noise. Unfortunately, I couldn't get an appointment at short notice before my holiday, but I was advised over the phone to try replacing the pedals if possible (I had some old ones at home), and lo and behold, the irritating noise is gone. I also go there for my annual service and have been very satisfied so far!

Looks good on the outside, but it's a mess inside. Plenty of sales space, but little competent staff in the workshop who, for very high prices and with minimal effort, even put faulty e-bikes (like an untightened sprocket cluster) back on the road – that really shouldn't happen. On top of that, the waiting time is extremely long.

A part broke off my folding bike, so I found Transvelo through their website and went straight to their service center. They helped me immediately; the part wasn't in stock, which I hadn't expected. But after a few days, the bike was working perfectly again. I had a very good impression of their workshop.
