Very friendly team. They took a lot of time for both my mother-in-law and her father, providing advice and fitting/adjusting their running shoes. In two cases, they even worked late into their lunch break so we wouldn't have to come back. The "Running Shop" carries all the most popular models from Brooks, New Balance, and Salomon. Unfortunately, Altra and Joe Nimble are still missing 😜. Highly recommended overall!

Can't read e-prescriptions! How prehistoric is that?! Better go somewhere else... just annoying.

We had insoles made for my husband. The insoles are good and were made to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, the service at the checkout was very unprofessional and rude. The lady was stressed and gave such a dismissive, unfriendly response to our questions that this was the first and last time we went there. Unfortunately, it's completely unacceptable. It's a real shame...

We cannot confirm the claims of excellent advice or service. We have been trying for months to find a solution for a poorly advised recliner chair. The fact that the chair is much too big for our grandfather has been confirmed by both the manufacturer's sales representative and a colleague from Klotzbücher. Unfortunately, we have been repeatedly put off, and to this day, no solution has been proposed. The responsible employee was sick, on vacation, and unreachable by phone. Emails are also ignored. Our request for an appointment with Mr. Klotzbücher was also refused, as he is supposedly almost never in the office anyway. Our grandfather is having real difficulties with the chair, and we are appalled at how a 92-year-old customer, who paid over €2,000 for this chair, is being treated!

The soles of my New Balance running shoes came loose on both sides after less than a year. My warranty claim was rejected. Instead, they offered to glue the soles back on for €12 per shoe. New Balance's warranty covers material or manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. Aspacher and Klotzbücher refused to acknowledge this. I received no reply to my email. Our friends and I have already spent hundreds of euros at this store. Never again...

I've been waiting for a response since the beginning of July, and now two months without any results. I've been told three times that someone will get back to me, but nothing has happened. Our daughter's orthosis no longer fits, but no one cares. Patient interest is zero. Absolutely not recommended.

I've been a customer at this branch for a few years and have always received excellent service from Ms. Strohmeier regarding compression garments. Unfortunately, this wonderful specialist is no longer there, and since then, absolutely nothing works! The service and customer support are severely lacking, and despite complaints verbally, by phone, and in writing, nothing has improved. Even my newest garment, which doesn't fit, is being left as is. This is unacceptable!

The highly trained staff was able to give me targeted advice on choosing new running shoes. It was immediately clear that everyone knew what they were talking about. They were also super friendly and helpful. This allowed me to find the perfect shoe for my needs and beat my personal best on my next run. Besides that, some of the shoes were on sale, so I also got a great deal. When it comes to athletic shoes, I would only shop there from now on. I definitely recommend them. 👍
