Really great, I bought my bike there and also have my service done there. Great owner, takes really good care of his customers👍👍👍 Friendliness and customer service are really important here 👏👏👏 The one-way 40-minute drive is definitely worth it for me.

Top shop! 👍 Even though something went wrong with my online appointment booking, I was served promptly and courteously at the same time. I was even served despite the fact that my cheap folding e-MTB from Llobe wasn't purchased there (cheap because the bikes are only used on vacation and are super easy to transport in the car). At all the other shops in Schorndorf, you don't stand a chance with a bike you didn't buy there. Fahrrad Keiser doesn't even sell spare parts for bikes from other manufacturers. When I asked if he would also repair my wife's identical bike, he said yes, bring it in right away. I dropped both bikes off on Friday, and on Tuesday I got a call saying they were both repaired and ready for pickup. On the day I dropped them off, I happened to notice that the shop was fully booked. They're also advertising for a bike mechanic. I'm thrilled with the shop. The repairs were quick and straightforward, and the price was very reasonable for all the work that needed to be done (you get what you pay for). 👍👍👍 The bikes have never ridden as well as they do now. I'm absolutely thrilled and therefore give it five stars ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 😀

Absolutely top-notch service! I had a flat tire on my work bike and would have been completely lost without Mr. Steinert! The bike was picked up, the inner tube was changed, and after work I was able to cycle home as usual, as if nothing had happened! You hardly ever find service like that these days! Thanks again! Affordable, fast, and competent E-bike serviced in winter, and repaired (chain, sprocket, and mount) in April after a crash. All at the advertised cost or less. No long waits, appointments were always met before the agreed time. After the repair, the bike rides better than ever. And I also got new cycling gloves. And last but not least: Mr. Steine ​​is an absolutely friendly professional. Hermann Schubert.

Highly recommended, great work at a fair price! I had my chain replaced there and would definitely bring my bike back next time. They also have a lot of accessories in the shop, so we bought a children's helmet right away. The shop is a really friendly alternative to the large, impersonal bike shops in the area! I stopped by today with a broken chain. After 10 minutes my bike was ready to ride again, the chain repaired and oiled. Thank you so much. Excellent service.
