Bought a bicycle light. We couldn't figure out how to use it. Neither the salesperson nor the owner knew how the light worked! Then the owner had the bright idea of ​​trying to unscrew it with an Allen wrench. He couldn't get it open either. Then he ACCUSATIOND me that I had overtightened the screw and broken it. He even accused me of lying! "Who else would have done it? We didn't break it!" That evening we discovered that it wasn't an Allen wrench at all, but a sliding mechanism! It's simply unbelievable! If they have trouble with accessories, what's it like with bicycles? Absolute incompetence, and not for the first time!

I bought a children's bike. Very friendly service. Excellent advice, and after the purchase, the bike was checked in the workshop and fitted with a bell and necessary reflectors free of charge. That's exactly how you want to be treated as a customer. The price was also fantastic, and with the advice included – I'll definitely be back.

I am writing this review on behalf of my neighbors!! They have already bought bikes there (and not for little money)! Now the battery no longer charges, it was immediately deemed defective and a new one was to be purchased for 1250€. After extensive research I found a specialist shop in Leonberg, brought the bike and battery and went there! The battery was checked for errors and an update was carried out (all for free). And: The battery wasn't broken, it just needed the update!!! 1250€ saved. My neighbors will now only go to Leonberg, the employees there are very friendly and helpful and don't just want to sell.

I was in the store with my daughter because I wanted to buy bicycles – around €5,000 in total. Unfortunately, I was ignored for a long time, and when someone at the checkout finally took charge, the woman was extremely unfriendly and arrogant. That's no way to treat customers, especially when such large sums of money are involved. I will definitely not be going back to this store and will spend my money elsewhere. Perhaps the owner should consider what's going wrong here.

5 stars - absolutely deserved! We felt in excellent hands at Fahrrad Kaiser in Schorndorf from the very first moment. The advice we just received was top-notch – competent, honest, and tailored precisely to our needs. The service was simply brilliant: super fast, very reliable, and very dedicated. The entire team was extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous – all with a great sense of humor, which made shopping a real experience for us :) We had a blast together and would definitely come back anytime. We bought an e-bike here two weeks ago after getting advice from Fahrrad Kaiser two days prior to the purchase. We received excellent advice and a very good test ride. Since it was my third test ride, I had a basis for comparison and was very pleasantly surprised. During the ride, the staff explained how to ride the e-bike optimally. They were very knowledgeable. Once we decided on an e-bike and trailer, everything was prepared for us, and we were able to pick it up just a few hours later. I'm giving it four stars because I found the advice regarding the bike trailers a bit slow. We arrived very close to closing time; I can't say whether that played a role. However, I have to acknowledge that this was our own fault.

Fahrrad Kaiser is a really great shop. The staff are very attentive and always ask if they can help. I received excellent advice from Detlef. A cool, friendly employee! He did such a great job that I treated myself to a full-suspension e-bike. I have to say, there's a bike for everyone there. Even for short people like me ;)
