Top service! I was completely satisfied, from dropping off to picking up my fork and shock. The consultation was transparent and informative; I immediately knew what the problem was and what could be improved. A longer drive is definitely worth it, as the personal interaction is invaluable. Thank you for the excellent service!

Now that's what I call customer service! My fork was serviced and repaired within two business days. Extremely satisfied. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Disappointing! Sent in the fork and shock in May 2024 - everything went perfectly and I was very satisfied. Sent in a Fox Transfer seatpost in July 2025 and immediately received a call asking "did I look at the seatpost before sending it?" in a tone that was completely unrelated! -> Of course I looked at the seatpost, otherwise I probably wouldn't have removed it and sent it in 😉 So I decided not to have the seatpost repaired, as it would probably have been economically unviable. Despite a phone call and further inquiries, they still charged a €20 processing fee, meaning unpacking, looking at it, and repacking it for €20. The following points are worth considering: -> It's the tone that counts -> If I charge a processing fee, I should mention it, even if the customer doesn't ask. In my case, I inquired and received the answer "I'll send you an invoice for the return shipment." That was it! Unfortunately, that was the end of the Suspension Clinic for me, too!

Owner's response

Hi Matthias. Thanks for your review. Very open and honest. However, since you were so satisfied the first time, I don't think your rating is fair, given our clear assessment of the condition of your seatpost after you sent it in for service! We like to service our customers so they're happy with the result and can quickly get back to enjoying their suspension components. Sometimes, though, this isn't possible because we receive parts that are in such a state that they're no longer serviceable, but rather in dire need of repair, or to put it bluntly, fit only for the bin. We're a two-person operation and can get quite busy at times. Therefore, I apologize if you found our tone so rude, but I think €20.00 + shipping is perfectly reasonable for the work we put into your seatpost up to that point. Sorry for your frustration, and best of luck finding a new service partner. Regards, Marco

After my fork Fox Evolution 32 CTD and Rock Shox Monarch 184x50 started to go bad, I contacted local bike shop and they have recommended Suspension Clinic company. On the telephone with professional Marco we have discussed the issue. Because both suspension elements never got serviced since 2015 and driven over 30k km I went in person to their service to discuss the details. Fork was reviewed by Marco and possible options were given straight away. Fork needed more then full service, it has to be repaired as well. So I let him do his job. However, fork is old and replacement elements are hardly to find on the market. Unfortunately frame damper Monarch was too late to service and it cannot be repaired, because there is no spare parts available. I got a lot of useful information how to go ahead with this problem. This information helped me to get a replacement. After a week I got my fork back fully serviced and repaired. When I built it in, it feels like new. I already forgot how smooth and nice by bike can be. I would like to recommend this service and with a special thanks to Marco. If you have issues with your suspension, get in contact. This guys, professionals, they know what to do and how to help you. Another great information: Marco speaks English :)

Fast, friendly, and competent. I'd gladly use them again. The difference is truly extreme; it drives like a brand new shock absorber straight from the factory. I can wholeheartedly recommend Suspension Clinic. Best regards.

Super professional team – I had my FOX shock serviced here, top-notch work, reasonable price, everything was explained clearly, and the setup was great too! And as an added bonus: super fast service and excellent communication, so my biking buddy (whose shock was also being serviced) and I could pick up our parts together – saved time and unnecessary costs 👍🏼

I sent my Fox 38 and X2 Float forks to Freeride Mountain for a complete service. In hindsight, it cost €20 more per fork than if I had had it done directly at the Fox Factory. FM commission? On top of that, the suspension is making more (smacking) noises than it did after a year of use since buying them new. The best thing was that they were nicely cleaned on the outside, but after I complained to Freeride Mountain and they recommended contacting you directly, you didn't bother to answer the phone for several days. That's how you gained a customer who will never come back. I should have listened to my gut feeling, but a Fox workshop certificate isn't enough, or rather, it's probably only good for customers with no expectations. Feel free to comment; I'll give you the chance. Otherwise, my recommendation to anyone considering it: Fox Factory Service. Edit: The fork was subsequently sent to Fox Factory Vancouver due to play in the bushings – the bushings were replaced with lowers. The shock was completely replaced under warranty due to problems… That's certainly not related to the previous service…

Owner's response

Hi Janik. We're very sorry you're so dissatisfied and can't understand it at all. We're always available by phone Monday to Friday, except on public holidays or bridge days. Please feel free to contact us again so we can clarify things. After all, we want all our customers to be satisfied, and if you've had problems, we hope you'll give us the opportunity to resolve them with you. Thanks, Marco

My aging FOX TALAS fork had given up the ghost (completely sagged under load), and FOX no longer offers service for the TALAS models. Suspension Clinic Schorndorf came to my rescue and got my FOX fork working again! THANK YOU!!
