This is a very nice bike shop with a large selection of many bikes. The staff is eager to help and also many of them speak English. I recently purchased a small scooter for my six-year-old. It wasn’t available in store, but the young lady who helped me direct me to the website and I was able to purchase online. Shipping took two days it was delivered to my house.

I had an outstanding experience at B.O.C. In Sindelfingen, thanks to Thomas and Luna. Their expertise and friendly service made our visit truly enjoyable. Excellent business for all bike and bike-related needs! Most employees speak English and they accept the VAT forms for purchases. Exceptional service, large selection of every major standard of bicycles on the market today. Including e-bikes, mountain, city, trail, mens, women's, children, etc. They have an enormous selection of accessories and repair parts, as well as a large selection of cycle-related clothing and safety gear (helmets, gloves, reflectors, etc.) There is also a robust bike maintenance and repair service on site. And given that there are always a large number of bikes waiting or having already been waited on, I can safely assume that the service is more than acceptable. Finally, the employees are pleasant, more than accommodating, very knowledgeable, and as most are also fluent in English, they can help most anyone who shops here. Having purchased all of my last 4 bikes here in the past 3 years, I can personally attest to my 5-star rating!

This is an amazing store. I popped in to get a new rim with dynamo for my child's bike and the gentleman at the service counter was extremely helpful and friendly. I then asked about eBikes (having no clue about them) and the extremely friendly salesman showed us several models and allowed us to try them on a special track outside the shop. He really took a lot of time for us. I will definitely be buying all future bikes and accessories here.

I am nearly 70 years old, and I have a 25 year old Epple trekking bike, of which I am very fond. I wanted an overhaul - new seat, new LED lamp, new handle bars and grips and somebody to fix my gear shift, which would stick at level 3. At a different local shop in Sindelfingen, I was told they wouldn't recommend an overhaul of that extent, and I should buy a new bike. They showed me one for 600€+. Even after I explained that that large an investment would be silly, since I have no idea how long I'll be able to keep riding, and my current bike fixed up would be fine, they really didn't want to fix my old bike. My husband suggested I go to Bikemax. I made an appointment, and they made me a very reasonable estimate for the new items and repairs. They have done everything I wanted for much less than the price of a new bike. And I get to keep my beloved old mechanical beast of burden. Thank you!

We have been with bikemaxx for at least 7 years. It offers a big selection and comfortable changing rooms, so we always take our time finding what we really need without time pressure. Their staff is really knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased almost all of our bike wear, helmets, kick scooters, kids bikes and a gravel bike from the store. When I got flat tyres and I phoned them explaining that I really needed my bike right away to pick up my kid from the kindergarden, they replaced my tyres right away despite being very busy. They set up an automated process, it sends you a questionnaire after every service and you can rate their service. Fully transparent. This should be totally encouraged in every store. (Thumbs up)

Bought a Cannondale kids bike just over a year ago. The pedal ball bearing ground to a halt in the past week. I was advised that during the high season I may need to wait up to two weeks. I brought the bike in and the Tech had a look to see if it would be done under warranty (which it was). They then proceeded to fix it on the spot since it was already up on the lift, and even gave it a quick tune up. My son was over the moon - test drove it around the store! That is exemplary service! I suspect this is an exception and I simply got lucky, but wanted to give credit where credit is due. Thank you Bikemax!
