Amazing girls! So multicultural 😍 Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to make things as easy as possible for me and my family! I can't understand anyone who says otherwise!!!! The Lacoste staff in Sindelfingen know what they're selling and can quickly respond to customer requests! We'll definitely be back! So now I'd like to share my experience at the Lacoste store in Breuninger Sindelfingen. I was there with my colleague, who was looking for a jacket. Ms. Kleimann approached us directly, and we received extremely courteous and friendly service. A fantastic, first-class shopping experience. We'll be back. 💯

My boyfriend's birthday is coming up soon, and he had a Lacoste voucher that can only be redeemed in-store, so I went there on a Saturday. First, the employee couldn't find the tablet, so I went somewhere else in the meantime. Then there were server problems, so I went back again. I came a third time, and again the order didn't go through. I asked if they could just order it from the warehouse so I could pick it up, but the answer was no. She said she would take down the details and pass them on to her colleague and get back to me on Monday. I waited until Tuesday before finally calling myself. They said everything was working again, but the colleague hadn't mentioned that they needed to call me, so I went back AGAIN. When the system malfunctioned again, I was really angry. There were two other employees there who were very competent and friendly, so I didn't want to write a bad review, but unfortunately, the problems continued. The colleague who wrote down the data had written down the wrong size, and the system wouldn't let me order it. The store manager was very helpful and said the order would definitely go through this week. She promised she'd sort everything out and contact the warehouse if necessary. Of course, that didn't work, so I called again on Tuesday, and she said she'd just spoken to the dm warehouse. So I ordered the tracksuit (€240!!!) as a gift and asked for it to be wrapped accordingly. Today, after two weeks of drama, the package arrived, unfortunately without gift wrapping, without an apology, and without any price reduction or even a small gift to apologise for everything going wrong. In the end, I finally have the tracksuit, but it was definitely the last time I'll ever buy anything from them. I am very disappointed and think that something like this shouldn't happen with such an expensive Marle product, and if it does, it would simply be humane to offer some compensation at these prices or to include a small gift, even if it was just a keychain or socks!

A lovely, tidy store. I particularly enjoy shopping there because the staff are very helpful and, above all, honest in their advice.

I was just in the Lacoste store at Breuninger Land, and unfortunately, we were greeted with a dismissive attitude. When the two employees exchanged sullen glances and rolled their eyes, I knew that would be my last visit to that store. It gave us the distinct impression that, as average earners, we weren't exactly welcome there. We bought something anyway and left immediately.

The quality and service are top-notch! The only drawback is that there's only ever one salesperson in the store, and you always have to wait a long time to be served or to pay! However, the staff tries very hard and is always friendly and helpful! It's not their fault that they're always working alone on each shift! It's a shame; I think Lacoste could certainly afford one or two more salespeople!
