In my opinion, this shop has no integrity as a mechanic. I'm revising my rating from two stars to one, since zero stars isn't an option. After my bike was taken to my original mechanic, it turned out that the bottom bracket was worn out and had to be replaced. With any real expertise, the mechanic, Frank, could have diagnosed this instead of telling me a load of nonsense. As explained below, he didn't find the problem, and therefore I can't recommend this shop to anyone. I got my money back, which is the only positive thing. (He did find the cause of my problem, but instead of replacing the defective part, he simply left it out, claiming it wasn't needed. After a short test ride, when I realized the missing part should have been installed after all, and confronted him about it, I simply got my money back.) This is not how you build trust. He definitely won't be seeing me again.

I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews here. Since our collaboration, I've had nothing but positive experiences and can therefore definitely recommend them. I'd be happy to come back, as I felt I received very good advice here. 1+

Very unpleasant person. I have asked him when I could come to let my bike checked and he was very unfriendly and didn’t give me concrete answers. He started shouting at me and just hung up the phone. UNBELIEVABLE!

A very unpleasant person. The first thing you hear as a potential customer is "Good for you." And as a service provider, you'd expect customers to come to you after that? I highly doubt it. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would gladly do so. I will contact Prophete again and ask if they really want to offer this kind of service to their customers or if they would prefer to consider a different partnership. Absolutely not recommended!!!

I don't recommend this shop at all for racing bikes! At first, I received a good welcome, but they kept my bike for two weeks to change a derailleur cable that they couldn't fix! They also took the liberty of touching my front derailleur cable, which was in very good condition... The only positive thing is that they didn't charge me anything, thankfully!

I can only agree with the positive reviews; very friendly and competent advice. And not just brushing you off if you bought the bike elsewhere, like at most other workshops. I'll be happy to come back if I need help!

I can't understand the positive experiences here. I inquired about the scope of services for an inspection and maintenance via email. After several days, I received a reply, but unfortunately, it wasn't entirely complete for me. For example, it didn't specify whether hose replacement was included in the flat rate. When I followed up after three days and canceled the proposed appointment (which was scheduled for tomorrow), I was told that if there were many discussions beforehand (what discussions? There weren't any; there were simple questions about the scope of services), then a "trusting partnership" was no longer possible, and I should contact a garage I trusted. I would recommend the same to anyone who does their research beforehand. Save yourself the time and contact a company that doesn't treat you like this.

Top-notch workshop! My bike was here for a service (focus on e-bike/MTB). The service was quick and professional. The service was excellent and friendly. Components were replaced and perfectly adjusted. I will definitely come here for any maintenance I don't do myself in the future.

After failing to even bother asking for a service appointment at the major bike shops in the entire area—since I hadn't bought the bike there and they were completely booked up for non-customers—I was able to get an appointment here relatively quickly and easily. Because I knew this beforehand, it wasn't a problem to buy my eMTB where it was available. I'm very satisfied so far and will gladly continue to use their service. Quite apart from that—if I imagine taking my car to a garage and the first question they ask is whether I bought it there for repairs or maintenance, then that would definitely be the last time I'd ever go there.

Great workshop and superb service. I brought my bike in for inspection, and the advice and service were excellent. The gears were adjusted perfectly. Frank, the mechanic, was very pleasant to deal with; I'd be happy to come back! Thank you very much!
