No, unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I had my bike repaired – brakes, chain – and when I rode the bike for the first time afterward, something rattled on the front wheel. After checking, it turned out that the brake disc was loose. I had it repaired at another shop, which was closed this time, and they explained to me that the centerlock screw on the brake disc wasn't the right one and was too long. The braking performance was naturally poor due to the loose brake disc, and the bike was not roadworthy. On the positive side, I was reimbursed for the repair money from the other shop. On the negative side, however, there was no apology, since an accident could have happened. They just said that it couldn't be the screw, and the others can claim anything. It's a real shame; I'll unfortunately no longer have any confidence in that in the future.

Based on the many positive reviews, I decided to take my Cube e-bike to this bike shop because my rear brake wasn't working properly. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. From the moment I walked in, I got the impression that they weren't very interested in my problem. When I asked how much it would cost to replace the rear brake on an e-bike, they couldn't give me an answer. Even worse, they told me the job would take 3-4 days. That's incomprehensible to me. Replacing a brake is a relatively simple job, and I rely on my bike every day. If the workshop is busy, they could at least give customers a specific appointment to have their bikes done immediately – that would be fair and customer-friendly. My impression is that customers who didn't buy their bikes from this shop aren't welcome. It's a real shame, because service should be the same for everyone, regardless of where the bike was purchased. I would have expected more commitment, better customer focus, and better organization.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to make an exception here: I had chosen a model online that I really liked. However, I wasn't sure about the frame size. The team immediately offered me an appointment for a test ride, which I gratefully accepted. The selection of other components was very comprehensive. Compared to the large retailers, I noticed that the team knew exactly what they were talking about and was able to provide targeted assistance with my selection.

Highly recommended for bicycle repairs. They employ truly experienced professionals. You can rely on a good and fast repair. Recently (February 2025), I needed new bicycle tires and disc brakes. Excellent advice, and I was able to pick up my bike the next day. I am very satisfied with the service.

Five years ago (2018), I bought my last bicycle (not an e-bike) from Weigl and was very happy with it until two years ago (2021). Then, after an accident, I couldn't use my knee as much as I wanted; it hurt when I cycled. After countless doctor's visits and treatments, etc. (without going into detail), cycling in the traditional sense was over. Since these bikes are quite expensive, I got hold of a free (no-name) one, which I used for a while until it stopped working properly. I then checked Weigl's website again and immediately found something I needed. I quickly sent an email on May 19, 2023, around 1:13 p.m., requesting a viewing around 5:00 p.m., which was promptly confirmed by email. I arrived at the appointed time and the bicycle was ready for a test ride; the box it had been packed in was still there! Naturally, I was very pleased that they were able to offer this on such short notice. The test ride itself was quite brief. I did manage to ride up two hills and test the gears a bit, shifting up and down. However, I immediately felt comfortable with the bike from the very first few meters, and apart from the handlebars, I felt completely at ease. The handling was excellent, and the motor performed its duties powerfully and quietly. So, for me, the decision was clear. So, I went back to Weigl and immediately agreed to purchase it. On Saturday, May 20, 2023, I went there, paid for the bicycle, and asked for different handlebars—a slightly wider MTB handlebar. This was absolutely no problem; a different handlebar arrived immediately, and then they simply said, "We'll get everything ready; just come by and pick it up." So, back to Weigl, and I immediately agreed to purchase it. On Monday, May 22, 2023, I picked up the bike. The guys did a fantastic job; the bike was like it was custom-made for me – the handlebars were perfectly adjusted in height and angle, the saddle was exactly the right height – and now what can I say? I've just finished my first week back at work, including a long weekend, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the bike – nothing rattles, rubs, is loose, or doesn't work – I can truly recommend this bike. Once again, the two gentlemen from Weigl proved that they don't just rush through customers, but genuinely go the extra mile and cater to every request. What impressed me most, however, was that all the settings were precisely and explicitly tailored to my needs. Therefore, the clear conclusion of this review: Quick response, prompt processing, all customer requests fulfilled, very friendly and extremely competent advice – many thanks and a full 5 stars! Perfect! I first went to Fahrard Kaiser, they would not assemble my bike that was shipped disassembled. Weigl fixed it in 1 day and very inexpensive. Well worth the visit ☺️

Great buying experience. Both gentlemen who I worked with were very friendly and helpful and spoke great English. They may not have the inventory size of other bike shops, but what they lack in quantity they more than make up for in quality. I was in the market for a non e-bike and they had several brands ranging in price from 500-2500 euro (with VAT).

Fast and outstanding service. Very reasonable prices. I needed a new axle installed on my hybrid. I first called BikeMax, who could not get me in for three weeks. I dropped by the Weigl bike shop and they took my bike immediately. The repair was done on the same day!
