Even during the initial bike handover, everything was discussed thoroughly and my wishes were taken into account. All repairs were carried out as agreed, and best of all, the bike was perfectly clean when I picked it up.

Fantastic workshop! Christoph got all our bikes back in top condition and even fixed one that a big garage said had a broken battery. A cable swap and it worked again! 😊👌🏿 I can highly recommend his workshop.

I'm absolutely thrilled! I got in touch with bike-werkstättle through a good friend – and I'm incredibly grateful. I dropped off my wife's and child's two mountain bikes for servicing. The service was completed much faster than expected – and they were very thorough. I can't really comment on the prices in general. The quote from BW was more than fair. Next time, I'll definitely be back with my own gravel bike – I'll be back again in a heartbeat! Thanks a million!
