I took my bike there for a service, describing a creaking noise as the problem. The service was carried out (and the gears were completely misaligned afterward). Furthermore, a new cassette was installed without my consent (costing around €300). When I pointed this out, I was told very clearly that they don't consult with me about every step of the process. For me, that's unacceptable, and I'll never go back.

I took my bicycle in for a service. Everything worked perfectly before, but afterwards the gears were misaligned and haven't been shifting properly since. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't noticed when I picked it up. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the quality of the work.

I booked my appointment online – quick, easy, and timely. A lot of work needed to be done on my mountain bike (it's an older model, so some parts had to be ordered first), but I was still pleasantly surprised by the prices. Everyone was very friendly. I was also informed in advance by phone about the work involved and the costs involved, so I could always make my own decisions. I will definitely come back for service or future repairs.

I had a minor flat tire on my bike and went to the Renz bicycle shop on a whim. Within 10 minutes, the tube and tire were neatly reattached to the rim, and they even gave me some helpful tips. I'll definitely be back!
