The reception and bike drop-off were super friendly and straightforward. However, the communication with the workshop manager was anything but satisfactory. The problem with the bike was completely ignored. I was even accused of potentially causing an obvious manufacturing defect because I had replaced components on the drivetrain myself (which isn't even part of the problem???). All in all, it's incredibly frustrating to drive all the way to Stuttgart only to be treated like this as a customer. I recommend everyone find a different workshop.

The service was unfortunately abysmal. Shortly after purchasing my bike, I brought it in because the handlebar tape was already torn straight from the factory. Initially, no appointments were available. After a considerable wait, I finally got an appointment and dropped off the bike, but then heard nothing for two weeks. Then they claimed they couldn't repair the damage because I had supposedly crashed – they were clearly looking for scratches to deny the warranty claim. I ended up picking up the bike unrepaired and contacted Canyon directly. They immediately and without any problems refunded the cost. A lot of hassle and time for nothing!

I went there today for a test ride of an Aeroad. I can highly recommend the shop. Chris took plenty of time to give me the best possible advice. The best experience I've ever had in a bike shop. ☺️🫶🏼

A nice, clean showroom and workshop with very friendly and helpful staff. My repair was carried out immediately, and I was able to take my bike with me afterward. Everything was fine, except for the approximately five-week waiting time.

- Great facilities and easy test drives. - Unfortunately, the employees are often short-tempered and unaccommodating. You'll often find yourself standing around for 10 minutes without any context until a representative speaks to you. - Communication is difficult at all stages: in the store, you're treated condescendingly, and by email, you'll often wait a week for a one-liner. Canyon advertises that you can contact the local service partner directly for warranty issues, only for them to fill out the exact same form as online, and you get no benefit from it. It's a shame, because the experience here in person is a complete contrast to the experience at Canyon HQ in Koblenz. - It feels like you have to fight for good service, otherwise you'll be booked into the system as a ticket. - Important: This applies specifically to the showroom; previous experiences with Alf were very positive and accommodating!

A very disappointing experience with the supposed Canyon specialist! They showed no customer service whatsoever and had zero interest in finding a solution for me! I was left out in the cold, and with the most expensive bike Canyon has in its range. That's not what good service looks like to me – never again with Alf Cycling!

About a month and a half ago, we visited Alf Cycling as a pair and were able to test ride the bikes we wanted on the same day. The advice we received was very competent, and they took plenty of time for us. We ordered the bikes right there and then – and today we were finally able to pick them up. They were professionally assembled in the store, the bottle cages and water bottles were installed, and everything was ready to go. Super friendly service, great and dedicated staff, and a really nice shop. The attached café is also worth a visit. Highly recommended! 🚴♂️🚴♀️
