I would really like to give this workshop 5 stars, as it looks very clean and inviting, the staff appears very professional, and they were genuinely helpful and friendly. However, I must unfortunately say that the maintenance work on my mountain bike was carried out very sloppily. Immediately after picking up my bike, I noticed that the gears were rattling loudly in some gears, which I was able to fix myself quickly. Nevertheless, I wonder why they didn't take a short test ride to notice this myself? The far worse issue, however, is how my brakes were bled. Afterwards, it was absolutely impossible for me to replace the old brake pads with new ones (of the same type) because, despite applying maximum force, the brake pistons wouldn't retract far enough. Only after I redid the bleeding process myself was I able to fully retract the brake pistons and install new pads. This strongly suggests that they didn't use a bleeding block and therefore the bleeding wasn't done professionally. This kind of thing should not happen in a professional workshop, especially with such an important component as the brakes!!!

We held a team workshop at Alf. The Alf team did everything possible to meet our requirements. The service was top-notch. The food and drinks were also excellent; all our special requests were accommodated. The cappuccino was fantastic. We'll definitely hold our next workshop there again.

Super friendly staff. Everything was explained clearly. They performed a service and adjusted the handlebars on my bike. The price was perfectly reasonable. They contacted me several times regarding the parts I needed. All in all, a great workshop. I'll definitely be back. Keep up the good work!

I brought my almost 20-year-old city bike in for a complete overhaul and had it fitted with a luggage rack and mudguards for a planned bike tour. The order process was so friendly and straightforward that it was a pleasure. And now I have a lovingly and perfectly restored bike and I'm very happy.

An amazing Workshop, such a friendly, professional, expert team, especial thanks to Mahmood who fixed my bike patiently and carefully , truly appreciate Mahmood, awesome job, also the price is reasonable and affordable, the workshop located in a cozy nice place with beautiful decoration that gives you a warm feeling. I am so happy and satisfy with them and will definitely go back to them in the future, Bravo alf team. thank you guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars) Update – April 2025 I visited ALF Cycling Werkstatt today for the second time, about 7 months after my first visit — this time with my MTB bike. Once again, the experience was outstanding. The team is incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. A special thanks to Mahmut for his amazing support — extremely knowledgeable, patient, and truly expert-level service. It’s rare to find this level of dedication and professionalism. Incredible as always! Highly recommended!
