Simply unprofessional! An appointment for a vehicle viewing was made a week ago. I took half the day off work on the day of the viewing. Having traveled from Munich, I'm now on the train just outside Stuttgart and receive a cancellation by phone an hour before the viewing. The vehicle was already sold yesterday... why wasn't I notified yesterday or this morning? Incompetence ¹⁰ - stay away, otherwise your money and time will be wasted like mine.

Despite moving and being further away from Autohaus Krautter, I've been a customer there for 35 years. I've truly never had a single complaint – not when buying a car, not with modifications due to my mobility impairment, not with repairs, inspections, maintenance, servicing, MOT/TÜV, or anything else. They are competent, friendly, fast, reliable, and they keep their appointments and agreements. And the coffee there isn't bad either!

For decades, Autohaus Krautter has been my Ford dealer of choice in Stuttgart-Untertürkheim. For me, a car has four wheels, and the rest is left to the experts – in my case, Autohaus Krautter. It starts with purchasing the vehicle with the features I need, plus advice on financing options. It continues with all services, such as customer service, workshop maintenance, claims processing with insurance companies, tire changes with storage, and warranty claims handling – the service staff know me, are always helpful and friendly, and that's why I feel completely at ease.

The people are friendly. The dealership, however, isn't very accommodating. After booking an appointment through Ford: I called and was told it wasn't possible to get it done for the agreed-upon price. I had the car inspected and the right-side mirror repaired. The result was okay, but the mirror glass in the repaired mirror is cracked in the middle. This was only pointed out after the repair and I had never noticed it before. They offered no compensation or goodwill gesture. I received a video handover report of the car after the inspection, but it made no mention of the glass damage.
