It's simply a pleasure to shop here: a selection of bikes and accessories, and super friendly service. Very helpful and, above all, competent. They still value quality here! I can highly recommend them, especially after such terrible experiences at places like Decathlon.

Very friendly and competent service! I had a flat tire yesterday – I had a tube with me, but not a pump (please don't ask why :-) ). They helped me with air immediately! It was my first time there – but certainly not my last. I'll definitely be back next time to browse and buy things!

I was looking for a safe yet stylish helmet. Jens's consultation made me feel very comfortable and provided excellent advice! I left the store with the confidence of having found the right helmet and went straight to my bike. I can highly recommend him!

We have been to Globetrotter many times and always have a great experience and customer service. Yesterday we went looking for two new gravel bikes and Anton gave us his dedicated attention (speaking both English and German) for over an hour to get us fitted on multiple bikes, tell us all about the features, and ordered another one to compare against. Highly recommend Globetrotter and if looking for bikes speaking with Anton about the bike selection!
