Awesome experience. Markus was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We ended up buying new boots and skis. They do take VAT forms! Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for technical mountainsport gear. 👍

I bought hiking boots here five years ago and the staff was very helpful. They made sure that all aspects of the boots fit properly and that I learned how to take care of them well. I am still comfortable and satisfied.

This is a review for the online store. Bergwerker is the first online store in Germany I've seen where the customer has to pay for the return shipping costs. Very disappointing!

A small shop, but a great selection for its size. It knows its market. I'd been all over the area with no luck, and they had exactly what I needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. they let me try on and "try out" climbing shoes and got me exactly what I wanted promptly.

The very best ski shop in Stuttgart. Only top of the line equipment, geared toward mountaineering and touring. Well informed friendly bilingual staff. They accept tax forms.

Very negative experience. I placed the order of an item that was listed as available, they charged me, and 6 days later they tell me they don't actually have the jacket I bought and cancelled the order itself. Unreliable service, very slow and poor communication.
